How does Life Coaching works :
You will explore the balance of every aspect of your life.
In this confidential relationship, your vision of what you want for yourself becomes the heart of our work. Together, we will clarify your goals and you will be challenge to think strategically to make effective plans to reach your dreams.
An exploratory session is completed prior to the commitment of the coaching relationship. We will discuss where you are in your life now, your values, strengths, talents and most importantly, what you want to achieve.
If you are unsure of what those goals or changes are, coaching is a fantastic way to discover what needs to be done for you to move on and be the most successful you can be. As a coach, I will work with you to determine what you want, what assumptions hold you back from gaining what you want, and consider how to move forward. A coaching session is a time completely devoted to yourself, to de-clutter the mind and focus on what is important to you, which ultimately accelerates your focus, productivity and success. Coaching is an empowering experience that will aid you in identifying the changes you need to make to become the person you want to be.
Additionally, we establish a format to ensure that the session's frequency and duration meet your needs.
Coaching usually lasts a minimum of 3 months. 8-12 sessions once a week for an hour depending on what we have designed in our alliance. We talk over the phone , Skype or we arrange a meeting place.
You may also call or e-mail between sessions if you need additional support or encouragement.
